Well, he’s finally here! Easton Bryce Haymond made his appearance at 9:17 p.m. on Tuesday, April 5th weighing 8 lbs. 7 ozs. and measuring 21 inches long. And we are so in love! I just can’t get enough of this little guy.

Right after we got home the next morning. Tuckered out. I don't know if this picture shows it, but he actually looks a lot like Amelie did when she was a newborn.
With his adoring big sister. She literally cannot get enough of him. She even told me today: "I just can't keep my eyes off him!" Her day now consists of standing within 2 inches of Easton and providing constant play-by-play commentary. She sure does love him.
Calder loves him, too, in his own 2 year-old boy kind of way. I can't believe he's a big brother now!
So snuggly. I just want to kiss those cheeks and nose all day long--and I pretty much do!

We are so thrilled to have Easton in our family. Newborns are just so special and I’m trying to cherish every minute of this phase. More to come later…baby’s calling.
