The kids love science experiments, so we’ve been doing some this summer. It’s amazing the fun things you can do with simple household products like vinegar and baking soda! For the past two days, we’ve had eggs soaking in vinegar. This was the result:

Having never made these before, I didn’t realize how fragile they would be. They seem kind of rubbery when you’re holding them, but it didn’t take long for us to realize that they are still quite capable of making a big mess when you drop them. Now we know! Still pretty cool.
