Okay, Mom, here are the pictures I’ve been promising. It’s hard for me to send pictures of the house because I don’t feel like I’m done decorating yet. We have yet to hang anything on the walls and it’s definitely not “finished” yet. But I guess it might be a while until I feel like I have it where I’d like it to be, so I’d better send pictures now or I might never get around to it. Here are some pictures of our dining area. Not a room, really, just part of the great room. Sorry about the photo quality. It’s hard to take a good picture of this room (well, hard when you’re a total amateur working with your phone’s camera) because of the lighting, I think.

The curtains are actually one of my favorite parts of the room, but these pictures do not do them justice at all. They are a gorgeous teal blue color with a satin finish.
